Upgrade your First Aid session with Safe Sleep training.
We asked and you responded – your biggest fear as a new parent is SIDS!

Parents are apprehensive about SIDS and want to learn how to create safe sleep environments to reduce the risk. We know you’ve spent anxious times worrying if your baby is too hot, will your baby get too cold, if the cot mattress is too hard, or maybe it’s too soft?

But that teddy looks so cute there in the bassinette, doesn’t it… we know, because we’ve lost sleep over this stuff too!

Safe Sleep training puts those anxious thoughts to bed!

Traditionally, Safe Sleep training was scary, serious, intimidating and strict meaning parents often left feeling more concerned than when they began. It’s also been somewhat of a sensitive topic thanks to various sleep approaches and volume of information out there, that let’s be honest, just gets overwhelming.

The Parentmedic Movement approach is different.

We want to deliver to you the most recent guidelines on Safe Sleep so that you feel empowered to confidently put your child to sleep in the safest way for you.

We recognised that if information is provided in a loving, caring and understanding environment you are more likely to ask questions and learn (we all learn better that way, don’t we?)

What we offer is a judgement-free zone so you feel comfortable to ask these questions without fear of sounding silly or being criticised. There is no such thing as a silly question with us.

Upgrading your Baby & Child First Aid session with Safe Sleep training means you get to learn the most up-to-date information on Safe Sleep and will walk away confident to make the right decision for your family.

Localised Safe Sleep guidelines wherever you are in the world.

Parentmedic Ambassadors complete our own education designed according to their local Safe Sleep guidelines

This education is designed to follow the research and information provided by their local research body to educate you on Safe Sleep and to do it in a way we know works.

As we provide education in the comfort of your own home, we equip you with information and demonstrations in a real life environment (even in your nursery, if you fancy!) so your learning is practical and not just boring theory.

Make empowered, informed decisions for you and your baby.
Our Safe Sleep education is based on current local recommendations, community health messages and research to reduce the risk of SIDS. In addition, your Parentmedic Ambassador has completed our own education to teach you in a way you will feel comfortable and empowered.
